How
does the quality compare?
Our modular homes are comparable to site-built homes in
quality and structure. Texas Tech's wind study department
determined that modular homes actually withstood higher wind
speeds than traditional site-built homes. Our homes
appraise and appreciate identical to site-built homes.

How
long does it take to build my house?
With the majority of floor plans, you can be in your home within
90 days. While your home is being constructed, we will
prepare your lot, have the foundation poured and do all rough-in
plumbing and electrical work. Once the house is craned
onto the foundation, we will complete all interior and exterior
finish-out, as well as landscaping, driveways and garages.
Can I
make changes to a floor plan?
Changes can be made on a limited basis. All modifications
will require an initial deposit and possibly an additional
engineering fee. Please contact us for specific details.
How
broad are the selections of paint colors?
As part of the ordering process, you will be able to select from
a number of paint samples. If you have additional colors
you would like to use, they can be added for an additional
charge.
Can
you build over a basement?
Yes. The majority of floor plans can be engineered for
placement over a basement. Please contact us for
information and pricing.
How
much are the floor plans?
Our floor plans start at $125,000 with payments starting at
around $750 per month (not including property taxes and
insurance which vary by county). Please look through the
floor plans on our site and call us for information on specific
pricing.
Are
sprinkler systems available?
Yes. You have the option of adding a sprinkler system with
or without landscaping. In fact, by adding the cost to the
initial mortgage, your payments will only increase less $10 per
month as opposed to paying a large sum of money out of pocket at
a later date.
Can
I add a swimming pool or Jacuzzi?
Yes. These can be included in the mortgage. Please
contact us for details.
Do
you provide landscaping?
Yes. Landscaping is available for an additional cost
and can be included in the mortgage.
Do
you finance?
We do not provide in-house financing; however, we can refer
you to mortgage departments who are familiar with our products
and processes.

Where
can I build?
We can build on your lot or ours. If you prefer to
